I've walked through the rupture myself.
I grew up in a small corner of Germany, learned hypnosis in my twenties, and then spent eleven years on the road. Bali, Thailand, Mexico, Paraguay, and everywhere in between, building a community of more than 20,000 people.
Then life did what it does. A toxic on-again, off-again relationship in Mexico took me apart. My self-worth, my business, my center, gone. And I was the coach who was supposed to have it figured out.
What put me back together wasn't more thinking. It was deep hypnosis work, my first sacred ceremonies in Panama in 2022, and everything that came after, all the way to the pyramids of Egypt. That's the work I now do with others.
