Grew up in Saarland. Mother a psychologist, father a teacher. Spirituality was normal at the dinner table. In my early twenties: NLP, then hypnosis training. Not for shows, because I realized it went deep. In 2013 I left Germany. Australia (worked the mines), then Bali, filming YouTube videos on the beach. Women started writing in with relationship questions. I helped. It worked. I built a community of more than 20,000 people. Books, courses, coaching.

2021 to 2024: three years in a toxic on-again, off-again relationship in Mexico. As a relationship coach. The irony wasn't lost on me. Business suffering. Self-worth at zero. The turning point was a deep hypnosis session on myself in 2023. I saw the pattern, an ancient karmic dynamic of giving away control, repeating endlessly. The moment I saw it, it broke. Within two months: self-worth back, control back, business back.

December 2024: Peru. Sacred ceremonies. Ancient wisdom. Some blocks live deeper than the mind can reach. 2025: a serious detox, 24.5 kg lighter, a healing journey with body, mind, and spirit running in parallel. January 2026: I built two AI assistants, Sophia (for women navigating love and life) and Anna (my personal chief of staff for complex international business, finance, and tax questions). June 2026: two weeks in Egypt. Inside the King's Chamber of the Cheops Pyramid, walking around the sarcophagus, I nearly passed out. A powerful initiation I'm still integrating. Also June 2026: I climbed the Brocken in the Harz mountains with Carolin Tietz's healing community. Right now: Healing Coach training with Heilpraktikerin Carolin Tietz. More alive than ever.

The Beginning

The Leap

Left Germany. Australia, worked the mines, saved money. Then Bali, Thailand, Malaysia, Dubai. On a beach in Bali I started filming YouTube videos. Women wrote in with relationship questions. I helped. It worked.

Building the Community

Email list grew past 20,000. E-books, courses, a book. The first high-ticket coaching clients came in 2018. I shed the shyness. 3,000 to 5,000 coaching calls since.

2018 – 2021

The World as Classroom

Paraguay, Mallorca, Thailand. Always moving, always learning. The coaching grew. A relationship with my Taiwanese girlfriend, time together in Thailand. I believed I had it all under control.

Then came Mexico. And everything changed.

My Own Chaos

Here's the uncomfortable truth: a relationship coach spent three years in a toxic on/off relationship in Mexico. Drama. Loss of control. Business suffering. Self-worth at zero. As. A. Coach. That's exactly what makes me different from anyone teaching from books.

The Turning Point

In the middle of Mexico I developed a hypnosis process to release blocks and tested it on myself. In a deep trance session I recognized an ancient karmic pattern, the same dynamic of giving away control, repeating endlessly. The moment I saw it, the pattern broke. Within two months: self-worth back. Control back. Business back.

Peru

Peru. Not as a tourist. As a student. Sacred ceremonies in forests and mountains. Different shamans. Day and night. The lesson: some blocks can't be solved in the mind. They have to be transformed on an energetic level. Ancient techniques from the Amazon that have worked for thousands of years.

The Great Reset

Back in Germany, for now. Started a serious detox and cleanse. Lost 24.5 kg over five months. At the same time began Healing Coach training with Heilpraktikerin Carolin Tietz. Then in June 2026, climbed the Brocken in the Harz mountains with Caro's healing tribe.
