Format

Long-form conversation, 45 to 90 minutes. Video and audio. Published on YouTube and podcast platforms.

Prep

I send 3 to 5 questions in advance. No script. The best conversations surprise both people.

Timeline

Applications reviewed within 2 weeks. I personally select every guest.
