A. No Right of Withdrawal for Live Events
For contracts concerning participation in events tied to a specific date, in particular tickets for the live event "The Unchained Queen" on March 21, 2026 in Nuremberg, there is no right of withdrawal pursuant to § 312g (2) No. 9 BGB.
This exclusion also applies to event-related add-on services that are provided exclusively within the framework of the event (e.g. VIP photo session, hot seat, podcast interview).
Independently of this, our voluntary policy applies: free cancellation through March 14, 2026 (see Terms, Section 4.3).
B. Right of Withdrawal for Other Services
Consumers (as defined in § 13 BGB) have a right of withdrawal for other distance contracts in accordance with the following instructions.
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is formed.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement:

2. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay all payments we have received from you without delay and at the latest within fourteen days. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
For services where you have requested that performance begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount for the portion provided up to the point of withdrawal (§ 357 (8) BGB).
3. Exclusion and Early Expiry
3.1 Live Events (§ 312g (2) No. 9 BGB)
For contracts concerning leisure events tied to a specific date, there is no right of withdrawal (see Section A).
3.2 Digital Content (§ 356 (5) BGB)
The right of withdrawal lapses for contracts concerning digital content (online courses, e-books, audio hypnosis, binaural beats, etc.) if we have begun performance after you have expressly consented to us beginning before the withdrawal period expires and you have confirmed your acknowledgment that your right of withdrawal thereby lapses.
3.3 Subscriptions with Immediate Commencement of Service (§ 356 (4)/(5) BGB)
For subscriptions (e.g. Queen Premium Community) where you have expressly consented to immediate activation and the associated loss of the right of withdrawal, the right of withdrawal lapses from the commencement of the service.
3.4 Retreat Deposit
When booking a retreat deposit to reserve a place tied to a specific date, the right of withdrawal is excluded pursuant to § 312g (2) No. 9 BGB. The voluntary policy pursuant to Terms, Section 8 applies.
